1 - Returns

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

2 - Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used hair products unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3 - Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

4 - Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
